Rembo provides tools that help beauty businesses manage bookings, appointments and their business.

Beauty businesses remain responsible for the services they provide, including their prices, availability, policies, client communication and the accuracy of the information shown on their booking page.

Rembo is not responsible for the quality or delivery of services provided by a beauty business.

Some Rembo features may require payment.

Where applicable, prices and payment terms will be shown before you purchase or subscribe. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers and may also be subject to their terms.

We work to keep Rembo reliable and available, but we cannot guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

We may add, change or remove features as Rembo develops. We may also temporarily restrict access where necessary for maintenance, security or other operational reasons.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your Rembo account.

We may suspend or close an account if it is used fraudulently, unlawfully, in breach of these terms or in a way that could harm Rembo or other users.

You may stop using Rembo or request to close your account at any time.

Rembo, including our software, branding, designs and other content, belongs to Rembo or our licensors.

Using Rembo does not give you ownership of our technology or intellectual property.

You retain ownership of the business information, photos and other content you provide to Rembo.

Rembo provides the technology used to manage bookings and business activity. Beauty businesses remain responsible for running their businesses and delivering their services.

To the extent permitted by law, Rembo is not responsible for losses resulting from disputes between businesses and clients, missed appointments, inaccurate information provided by users or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Our use of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms as Rembo grows or our services change. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page.

If we make significant changes, we may also notify users through Rembo or another appropriate communication channel.
